Today me and Beccy have updated our Facebook event, above I have print screened the most recent messages. I have spoken to several girls who are interested over Facebook but also in person and they seem really excited of the idea of taking part in our music video production. We have had 12 girls who have accepted and are willing to participate in our video which is a good result, as we worried that maybe we would not have enough to cast 8-10 girls. Me and Beccy have discussed that we will give the other people we asked till Wednesday to reply; after that we are going to look at the contenders who want to be in the video and talk about if we think they are:- Suitable for our video e.g. appearance.
- Reliable
- Mature (not mess around on set)
- Good performer
- Have good patience as the filming stage can be rather tedious
Once we have our final selection of girls then me and Beccy will be able to assign each girl a character profile of their pin up girl we want them to portray.
I am really happy with the girls who have replied, all are my friends so when it comes to working with them it shall not be awkward for either of us. There is a variety of girls such as; age, sexuality, ethnicity and appearance (body shape); by having such a diverse selection this will appeal to our audience; as they will be able to associate themself with at least one girl in the video.
